Information We Collect
We only collect data needed to answer calls, schedule events, and support your account:
- Account and billing details: name, business information, email, phone number, and plan settings.
- Call data: caller ID, transcripts, optional recordings, event or service details captured during intake, and metadata (timestamps, duration).
- App/device data: app version, device type, IP address, and basic diagnostics to keep the service reliable.
- Support interactions: messages you send to our team and your preferences for greetings, intake scripts, and voice selection.
How We Use Data
- To answer calls, capture and route event details, and deliver summaries back to you.
- To provide features you configure (greeting scripts, intake questions, voice selection, follow-up messaging).
- To secure and improve the service, including analytics, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse.
- To meet legal, safety, and compliance requirements.
Sharing and Processing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors to run FlynnAI:
- Telephony and voice vendors (e.g., carriers/Twilio equivalents) to receive and place calls.
- Hosting, storage, and databases (e.g., Vercel, Supabase/Postgres) to store transcripts, settings, and authentication data.
- Analytics, observability, and security tools to keep the platform reliable and safe.
- Payment processors for subscriptions and invoicing.
Each provider is bound by data protection agreements, and data is processed under your instructions.
Retention
Call transcripts and related event records are retained while your account is active so you can review prior interactions. If you request deletion, we remove transcripts, recordings, and account data unless retention is required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your Choices
- Update your greeting, intake questions, and notification settings in the app so we collect only the fields you need.
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links; operational messages may still be sent.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time—see the contact section below.
Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and activity logging to protect customer data. Access to call content and event summaries is limited to authorized personnel who need it to support you.
International Access
This page is intentionally kept static, public, and globally accessible. You can reach it from within the FlynnAI app and from any region.
Account Deletion
