How to request deletion
We currently process deletion requests through our support team to ensure ownership verification and complete removal of call data.
- Send an email to support@flynnai.app from the email tied to your FlynnAI account (or include the phone number you registered).
- Use the subject line “Delete my FlynnAI account”.
- Include the business name on the account and confirm whether you want us to delete call transcripts, recordings (if enabled), event/service notes, and notification history.
We verify ownership, queue the deletion, and send a confirmation once your data has been removed.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and authentication data.
- Call metadata, transcripts, and optional recordings associated with your account.
- Event/service intake details, routing rules, and notification history.
- Payment and billing artifacts that are not required for compliance, fraud prevention, or bookkeeping.
Timing
We start processing immediately after verifying ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoices or fraud investigations).

If you cannot access the email on file, include a reachable phone number so we can complete verification. For urgent requests, add “URGENT” to the subject line.
