Delete your account

This page is always public and reachable from within the FlynnAI app so you can remove your data whenever you need.

How to request deletion

We currently process deletion requests through our support team to ensure ownership verification and complete removal of call data.

  1. Send an email to support@flynnai.app from the email tied to your FlynnAI account (or include the phone number you registered).
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my FlynnAI account”.
  3. Include the business name on the account and confirm whether you want us to delete call transcripts, recordings (if enabled), event/service notes, and notification history.

We verify ownership, queue the deletion, and send a confirmation once your data has been removed.

What will be deleted

Timing

We start processing immediately after verifying ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoices or fraud investigations).

Need help?

If you cannot access the email on file, include a reachable phone number so we can complete verification. For urgent requests, add “URGENT” to the subject line.
